The 10th MPM Benchmarking Study examines the integration of sustainability into project portfolios of companies. The study shows that this integration is still underdeveloped, but companies that are pioneers can gain a competitive advantage. It is also emphasized that supportive personnel measures for project managers are promising. The study shows that the integration of sustainability can lead to ecological and social success, but there are tensions between profit-oriented practices and sustainability goals. Top-performing companies invest in personnel measures to increase the satisfaction of project managers, and traditional success factors in project portfolio management remain important. Für eilige Leser | Seit nun fast 20 Jahren beschäftigt sich die Forschungsgruppe Multiprojektmanagement (MPM) mit Erfolgsfaktoren und Best Practices im MPM. Die 10. Multiprojektmanagement-Benchmarking-Studie 2022 befasste sich mit zukunftsfähiger Unternehmensführung und fokussierte hierbei die Bereiche Nachhaltigkeit und Projektleitende. 120 Projektportfolios aus unterschiedlichen Industrien nahmen an der Studie teil und beantworteten Fragen zu ihrem MPM und den Fokusthemen. Die Ergebnisse zeigen, dass Nachhaltigkeitsintegration noch wenig ausgereift im MPM ist. Portfolios, die hier Vorreiter sind, können sich jedoch einen kompetitiven Vorteil sichern. Zudem sind unterstützende Personalmaßnahmen für Projektleitende erfolgsversprechend. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |
