مستخلص: The facility of the low humidity laboratory with Biosafety Level 2 (BSL-2) was ready to prepare cryogenic samples for accessing soft X-ray tomography (SXT) at Taiwan Photon Source (TPS). The laboratory has many crucial functions, such as cryo-sample transferring, cryo-sample preparation, humidity buffer, liquid nitrogen (LN2) filling, and dry air production, achieving these functions in five separate partitions. Furthermore, to meet the preparation for various biosamples, by setting a hardware and airflow direction for BSL-2 facility is constructed. This constructed laboratory has sufficient safety and reduces the moisture to an ambient relative humidity (RH) below 15%. Moreover, we show some successful SXT images that the cryo-sample was prepared and transferred using this laboratory. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
