| Abstract (English): |
The aim of the research is to indicate the legislation of national libraries in the Arab countries and the destinations and years of issuance, and to indicate the content of the legislation issued in the Arab countries related to national libraries, and to compare the Arab legislation for national libraries in the Arab countries. The Arab legislation on the National Library is affiliated with and affiliated with the Ministry of Culture. The legislation on the National Library in Egypt was singled out for mentioning the sources of credits and financial funding. The oldest legislation for Arab national libraries in Syria was in 1928, followed by Egypt in 1956. The national library in the Arab countries (Iraq, Egypt, Syria) and its continuous follow-up in line with the changes taking place in the world, providing the frameworks and internal organizational components for the national libraries in the Arab countries. هدف البحث الى بيان التشريعات الخاصة باملكتبات الوطنية في الدول العربية وجهات وسنوات اصدارها ،وبيان محتوى التشريعات الصادرة في الدول العربية الخاصة باملكتبات الوطنية ، ومقارنة التشريعات العربية الخاصة باملكتبات الوطنية في الدول العربية واعتمد الباحث املنهج الوثائقي النجاز الدراسة ، وخرجت بمجموعة من النتائج منها: حددت جميع التشريعات العربية الخاصة باملكتبة الوطنية تبعيتها وارتباطها بوزارة الثقافة ، وأنفرد التشريع الخاص باملكتبة الوطنية في مصر بذكر مصادر االعتمادات والتمويل املالي،ان اقدم تشريعللمكتبات العربيةالوطنيةفي سوريا عام 1928وتليها مصر عام 1956وتوص ي الدراسةبمجموعةمن التوصيات منها: العمل علىتحديث التشريعات املكتبية الخاصة باملكتبات الوطنية بالدول العربية )العراق ، مصر ، سوريا( ومتابعتها باستمرار بما يتماش ى مع التغيرات الحاصلة بالعالم، توفير االطر واملقومات التنظيمية الداخليةللمكتبات الوطنيةفيالدول العربية.
