The (Monthama fi Marriage) was authored by Judge Muhammad bin Abdul Aziz bin Al-Allama Shihab Al-Din Ahmed Al-Qadi Al-Kalikuti Al-Malibari, who died (1025 AH - 1586 AD), and it is a jurisprudential system that includes all the jurisprudence provisions for marriage and what is related to it on the Shafi’i school. a needy masterpiece; By Ibn Hajar Al-Haytami and it includes all its issues in the chapter on marriage and the controversial issues between scholars and how to give fatwas in an easy phrase and a simple method that enables students of knowledge to learn and memorize. إن ) منظومة في النكاح( من تأليف القاضي محمد بن عبد العزيز بن العلامة شهاب الدين أحمد القاضي الكاليكوتي المليباري المتوفى 1025 ه- 1586 م( ، وهي منظومة فقهية تشتمل على جميع أحكام الفقهية للنكاح وما يتعلّق بها على المذهب الشافعي، وهذا نظم لمتن ( تحفة المحتاج؛ لابن حج ر الهيتمي ويشتمل عل ى جميع مسائلها في باب النكاح والمسائل الخلافية بين العلماء وكيفية الإفتاء فيه بعبارة سهلة وأسلوب بسيط تمكن طلبة العلم تعلمها وحفظ.
