| Abstract (English): |
This study aims to examine the prophetic hadith narrated by Abu Hurairah that the Prophet (peace be upon him) said, "A believer is not bitten twice from the same hole", in terms of meaning, importance, linguistic and Islamic law principle implications, connection to other prophetic Hadith. It also attempts to trace the issues that Islamic Fiqh scholars have derived from this hadith in their foundational texts, identifying the scholars who have used this hadith as evidence, specifying aspects of their reasoning and counterarguments, if any. The study consists of an introduction, two sections, and a conclusion. The first section dealt with Hadith Science authentication, meaning clarification and importance and connection to other Hadiths. Section two explored issues derived from this hadith and used by scholars in their foundational texts. The analytical and inductive approach was used. The study revealed that this hadith was a powerful figurative expression embodying manners and conduct unique to the Prophet's teachings, extensively referenced in books on language, rhetoric, and literature, and scholars of Islamic jurisprudence have utilized it specific contexts in their Islamic law foundational texts. يستهدف البحث، دراسة الحديث المتفق عليه فيما يرويه أبو هريرة رضي الله عنه أن الرَّسول صَلَّى الله عَلَيهِ وسَلَّمَ، قال: "لا يُلْدَغُ المُؤْمِنُ مِن جُحْرٍ مَرَّتَيْنِ"، من حيث معناه وأهميته، ودلالاته اللغوية، والأصولية، وصلته بغيره من الأحاديث النبوية الشريفة، وتتبع المسائل التي استدل الأصوليون لها بالحديث في متونهم الأصولية، مع تسمية من استدل بالحديث منهم، وتعيين وجه الاستدلال، والاستدراك عليه - إن وجد -، وقد اشتمل البحث على: مقدمة، ومبحثين، وخاتمة. المبحث الأول: تخريج الحديث، وبيان معناه، وأهميته، وصلته بغيره من الأحاديث، المبحث الثاني: المسائل المستدل لها بالحديث في المتون الأصولية، وقد اتبعت في كتابة هذا البحث المنهج الاستقرائي التحليلي. وقد انتهى البحث إلى نتيجة معينة وهي: أن هذا الحديث يعد مثلًا بليغًا في الآداب والسلوك، لم يُسبق إليه النَّبي صَلَّى الله عَلَيهِ وسَلَّمَ، وهو صورة من صور "الاستعارة التمثيلية" البليغة، وقد كثر إيراده في كتب اللغة، والبلاغة، والأدب، واستدل به الأصوليون في متونهم الأصولية في مواضع معينة، ومحدودة.
