Recently, we have studied the h-Matsumoto change and obtained Cartan connection coefficient for the transformed space1. In this paper, we have derived the necessary and sufficient condition for the h-Matsumoto change to be projective and also obtained that there is no non-trivial projective h-Matsumoto change such that the h-vector 𝑏𝑖 is gradient.
