Abstract (English): According to the current situation of urban underground space development, combined with the construction of super deep underground diaphragm wall of Binjiang Station on Metro Line 13 in the Phase II project of Nanjing Jiangbei New Area underground space project, this paper studied the method of lapping joint of new and old underground diaphragm wall, and carried out the scheme design according to T and I type joints respectively. Through the full rotary drilling pilot hole and cutting the protection layer of the existing underground diaphragm wall, the bonding effect of the new and old underground diaphragm wall lap surface was improved. Moreover, the method of plain wall maintenance was adopted for joint sealing, and the key technology for the joint lapping construction of new and old underground diaphragm wall and the anti-leakage treatment technology for the joints were formed. The quality of joint construction met the requirements of design and specification after field application and ultrasonic monitoring, which provided solvable experience for similar projects in the future. Abstract (Chinese): 根据目前城市地下空间发展现状,结合南京江北新区地下空间工程二期工程地铁13#线滨江站超深地连墙施工,研究了新旧地连墙搭接方法,按T、I型接头分别进行了方案设计,通过全回旋钻孔引孔,削切既有地连墙保护层,提升新旧地连墙搭接面的粘结效果;并针对接缝止水采用了素墙维护的方式,形成了新旧地连墙搭接施工关键技术与新旧地连墙接头防渗漏处理技术;经现场应用及超声波监测,接头施作质量满足设计及规范要求,为今后类似工程提供了可解决经验. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
