| Abstract (English): |
This research aims to highlight the importance of adopting the content of the concept of the Green University as a mechanism for the development of sustainable infrastructure by highlighting a sample of the experiences of Arab universities. The study showed that the university is an essential tool for raising awareness, cultivating positive thought, and establishing interest in the environmental aspect. In addition, the study found that Green University is an educational institution that meets its need for natural resources, such as energy, water, and materials, without compromising the ability of people in other countries and future generations to meet their particular needs. Generally, the University plays a central role in achieving sustainability through developing the principles of sustainable development in all university disciplines and through university training and education to encourage students to look for new alternatives and energy sources to preserve the sustainability of resources. Therefore, the study concluded that Birzeit University is very interested in renewable energies in line with its vision of using renewable and environmentally friendly energy sources and providing alternatives to reduce the cost of electricity consumption. Also, the study of al-Aqsa University improved to achieve a better healthy and educational environment by achieving an environment that achieves the concepts of sustainability at all levels by providing an internal health environment. For instance, the efficiency of the use of energy sources, the use of environmentally friendly building materials, and increasing the awareness of the university's staff in the concepts of sustainability and green environment. Moreover, the study obtained by the University of Balqa applied ranking in first place locally and second. It ranked 106th globally in the global green classification for 2019. Also, the study recommended the necessity of universities to adopt the content of the concept of green university and its application of what It has an active role in preserving the environment and natural resources and building sustainable infrastructure. Furthermore, there is a need to establish cooperation among national universities and leading Arab and foreign universities in applying sustainable concepts, especially concerning the mechanisms used to preserve the environment to build sustainable infrastructure that preserves natural resources and biodiversity. تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز مدى أهمية تبني مفهوم الجامعة الخضراء كآلية لتطوير البنى التحتية المستدامة من خالال تسالليا الضالوء إلالى عينالة مالن تجارب الجامعات العربية، وبينت الدراسة أن الجامعة تعد أداة أساسية من أجل التوعية وزرع الفكر اإليجابي وترسالي االهتمالام بالجا الل البي الي، وتو اللت الدراسة إلى أن الجامعة الخضراء تعد مؤسسة تعليمية تلبي حاجتها إلى الموارد الطبيعية، مثل الطاقة والمياه والمواد، دون المساس بقدرة النالاس فالي البلالدان األخرى وكذلك األجيا القادمة على تلبية احتياجاتهم الخا ة، كما تلعل الجامعة دورا محوريا في تحقيق االستدامة من خال وضع مبادئ التنمية المستدامة في جميع التخصصات الجامعية، وأيضا عن طريق التكوين الجامعي الذي يسعى إلى تدريل وتثقيف وتشجيع الطلبة على البحث عن بالدائل ومصالادر جديالدة للطاقة حفاظا على استدامة الموارد، وكذلك تو لت الدراسة إلى أن جامعة بيرزيت تهتم اهتماما كبيرا بالطاقالات المتجالددة تماااليا مالع رايتهالا فالي اسالتخدام مصادر الطاقات المتجددة والصديقة للبي ة وتوفير بدائل لخفض الكلفة المتعلقة باستهالك الكهرباء، واثبتت الدراسة ان جامعة األقصى تمكنت من تحقيق بي ة حية وتعليمية أفضل للو و إلى بي ة تحقق مفاهيم االستدامة في كافة مستوياتها من خال توفير البي ة الصحية الداخلية وكفاءة استخدام مصالادر الطاقالة، مثل استخدام مواد بناء ديقة للبي ة وزيادة وعي العاملين في الجامعة بمفاهيم االستدامة والبي ة الخضراء، وبينت الدراسة حصالو جامعالة البلقالاء التطبيقيالة على الترتيل األو محليا والثا ي عربيا، والمرتبة 106 عالميا في تصنيف الجامعات الخضراء العالمي لسنة ،2019 وفي األخير أو ت الدراسة بضرورة حث الجامعات الجزائرية على تبني محتوى مفهوم الجامعة الخضراء وتطبيقه لما له من دور فعا في الحفاظ على البي الة والمالوارد الطبيعيالة وخفالض سالل ا بعاثات الكاربون، وكذلك ضرورة إقامة التعاون فيما بين الجامعات الوطنية وبين الجامعات العربية واألجنبية الرائدة فالي تطبيالق مفالاهي م االسالتدامة خا الة فيما ما يخص اآلليات المتبعة من أجل المحافظة على البي ة في سبيل بناء ب نى تحتية مستديمة تحافظ على الموارد الطبيعية والتنوع البيولوجي.
