| Abstract (English): |
The study aims to demonstrate the level of application of total quality management principles and their relationship to improving the organizational culture of staff in Jordanian public universities. The research sample consisted of (335) faculty members and used descriptive analytical methods. It contains seven dimensions, three dimensions related to total quality management, and four dimensions related to organizational culture. The level of organizational culture in Jordanian public universities from the viewpoint of faculty members came to a medium degree of appreciation, and there is a correlation between the application of the principles of total quality management in raising the level of organizational culture among faculty members in Jordanian public universities for the overall scale and its dimensions, with the exception of the dimension of organizational beliefs. هدفت الدراسة إلى تبيان درجة تطبيق مبادئ إدارة الجودة الشاملة وعلاقتها برفع مستوى الثقافة التنظيمية لدى أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية في الجامعات الحكومية الأردنية، وتكوّنت عيّنة الدراسة من) 335 (عضو هيئة تدريس، وتم اعتماد المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وكان المقياس بصورته النّهائية من) 30 (فقرة موزّعة على سبعة أبعاد، ثلاثة أبعاد تتعلق بإدارة الجودة الشاملة، وأربعة أبعاد متعلقة بالثقافة التنظيمية، تظهر نتائج الدراسة أن تطبيق مبادئ إدارة الجودة الشاملة في الجامعات الحكومية الأردنية معتدل من منظور أعضاء هيئة التدريس، وأن مستوى الثقافة التنظيمية في الجامعات الحكومية الأردنية متوسط التصنيف من منظور أعضاء هيئة التدريس، ووجود علاقة ارتباطية بين تطبيق مبادئ إدارة الجودة الشاملة في رفع مستوى الثقافة التنظيمية لدى أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية في الجامعات الحكومية الأردنية للمقياس الكلي وأبعاده باستثناء بعد المعتقدات التنظيمية.
