مستخلص: CCTV systems are commonly employed by financial institutions and banks to ensure building security, manage currencies and keep an eye on customers as well. The CBIR could play a significant role in this situation. Two alternative names for content-based image information retrieval are QBIC and CBVIR, both of which use computer vision techniques for finding digital images in large databases by searching for phrases like "content-based image retrieval". If you're looking for a specific image and not its information, you can use a "content-based" search that looks at the image itself. In this research different images of the face have been considered for the security of the financial institution. Content-based image retrieval has been applied to get features of the image sets such as contrast, energy, and entropy. We consider edge detection methods including Canny Edge detection, DWT, PCA, and GLCM to get image edges before clustering. During simulation data collection takes place. Images are captured from camera and stored in dataset for real world implementation. Data collection considered in present research work belongs to real world dataset. Several features of the resulting images like Contrast, Energy, Correlation, RMS, Mean, Standard Deviation, Homogeneity, Entropy, Variance, Smoothness, Kurtosis, Skewness, and IDM have been compared and illustrated.
