The study and analysis of the competitiveness of fresh Egyptian strawberry exports revealed that the most important export markets according to the relative importance of the amount of Egyptian exports to those markets during the research period (2003-2022) are the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Belgium, the United States of Great Britain, and Germany. By studying the most important factors affecting the fresh strawberry crop using the basic gravity model, it was found that there is an inverse relationship between the value of strawberry exports and the population of Egypt, the population of importing countries, and geographical distance, and a direct relationship between the value of strawberry exports and the domestic product. The Egyptian total, the gross domestic product of the importing countries, and the export price of a ton of strawberries to the importing countries in dollars. While using the modified gravity model during the same period, it was found that there is an inverse relationship between the value of strawberry exports and both geographical distance and the exchange rate of the pound to the dollar, and a direct relationship between the value of strawberry exports and the per capita share of the Egyptian GDP and the per capita share of the importing countries’ GDP and the export price. Ton of strawberries to importing countries in dollars, In light of these results, the research recommends preserving the current markets while working to increase Egypt’s market share within them, working to increase the competitiveness of Egyptian strawberries in global markets. تبين من دراسة وتحليل القدرة التنافسية لصادرات محصول الفراولة المصرية الطازجة أن أهم االسواق التصديري لكمية الصادرات المصرية لتلك األسواق خالل فترة البحث )2022-2003( هي المملكة العربية السعودية، بلجيكا، الواليات المتحدة لبريطانيا العظمى، ألمانيا كأهم أربعة أسواق، وأوضح البحث أن النصيب السوقي لصادرات الفراولة الطازجة إلي كل من المملكة العربية السعودية، بلجيكا، الواليات المتحدة لبريطانيا العظمى، ألمانيا خالل الفترة األولي بلغ نحو ،%24.06 ،%11.36 ،%6.44 ،%6.65 بينما بلغ في الفترة الثانية نحو ،%28.23 ،%6.21،%12.04 %2.04 علي الترتيب، وتبين أن صادرات الفراولة الطازجة المصرية ذات ميزة تنافسية سعرية في السوق العالمي خالل الفترة األولي . وبدراسة أهم العوامل المؤثرة على محصول الفراولة المصرية الطازجة باستخدام نموذج الجاذبية األساسي خالل الفترة )-2003 2022(، تبين وجود عالقة عكسية بين قيمة صادرات الفراولة وبين كل من عدد سكان مصر وعدد سكان الدول المستوردة والمسافة الجغرافية، وعالقة طردية بين قيمة صادرات الفراولة والناتج المحلى اإلجمالى المصري والناتج المحلى اإلجمالى للدول المستوردة وسعر التصدير لطن الفراولة للدول المستوردة بالدوالر. بينما باستخدام نموذج الجاذبية المعدل خالل نفس الفترة، تبين وجود عالقة عكسية بين قيمة صادرات الفراولة وبين كل من المسافة الجغرافية وسعر صرف الجنيه بالدوالر، وعالقة طردية بين قيمة صادرات الفراولة ونصيب الفرد من الناتج المحلى اإلجمالى المصري ونصيب الفرد من الناتج المحلى اإلجمالى للدول المستوردة وسعر التصدير لطن الفراولة للدول المستوردة بالدوالر، وفي ضوء تلك النتائج يوصي البحث بالحفاظ على األسواق الحالية مع العمل علي زيادة النصيب السوقي لمصر داخلها وزيادة معدل اختراق هذه األسواق من خالل رفع مستوي . ً الكفاء ة التسويقية، والعمل علي زيادة القدرة التنافسيةللفراولةالمصرية باألسواق العالمية ورفع سمعتهامحليا وعالميا.
