| Abstract (English): |
This study aimed to identify the role of digitization in improving the quality of health services, by applying it to service providers in hospitals participating in the presidential initiative to eliminate waiting lists and prevent their accumulation. The study dealt with two main variables; The independent variable: digitization (communication networks - governance - hardware and equipment - software), and the dependent variable: improving the quality of health services. The researcher used the descriptive analytical approach, and it was applied to service providers in hospitals participating in the presidential initiative to eliminate waiting lists and prevent their accumulation as a study population, consisting of (275505) individuals, and a questionnaire was designed and distributed to a sample of (450) individuals as a list of the questionnaire under study. Due to the lack of time for the researcher and the high costs, the study sample was selected from the service providers in the hospitals participating in the initiative in Cairo Governorate, and (66) non-integrated questionnaire lists were excluded, and the final output of the study sample amounted to (384) questionnaire lists with a response rate of about 85%. The spss program was used to analyze the data, and the study found many results, the most important of which are: There is a statistically significant effect between the dimensions of digitization (communication networks, governance, hardware and equipment, software) and the quality of health services for patients of the presidential initiative to eliminate waiting lists. هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور الرقمنة في تحسين جودة الخدمات الصحية، وذلك بالتطبيق على مقدمي الخدمة بالمستشفيات المشاركة في المبادرة الرئاسية للقضاء على قوائم الانتظار ومنع تراكمها . وقد تناولت الدراسة متغيرين رئيسين المتغير المستقل: الرقمنة شبكات الاتصال - الحوكمة الأجهزة والمعدات - البرمجيات، والمتغير التابع : تحسين جودة الخدمات الصحية. وقد قام الباحث باستخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتم التطبيق على مقدمي الخدمة بالمستشفيات المشاركة في المبادرة الرئاسية للقضاء على قوائم الانتظار ومنع تراكمها كمجتمع للدراسة، والمكون من (٢٧٥٥٠٥) مفردة، وتم تصميم استبانة وتوزيعها على عينة قدرها (٤٥٠) فرد كقائمة استبيان محل الدراسة. ونظراً لضيق وقت الباحث وارتفاع التكاليف تم اختيار عينة الدراسة من مقدمي الخدمة بالمستشفيات المشاركة في المبادرة بمحافظة القاهرة، وتم استبعاد عدد (٦٦) قائمة استبيان غير متكاملة، والناتج النهائي لعينة الدراسة بلغ (٣٨٤) قائمة استبيان بنسبة استجابة حوالي 85%. وتم استخدام برنامج (spss) في تحليل البيانات، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى العديد من النتائج، أهمها : وجود تأثير معنوي ذو دلالة إحصائية بين أبعاد الرقمنة شبكات الاتصال الحوكمة الأجهزة والمعدات البرمجيات وجودة الخدمات الصحية لمرضى المبادرة الرئاسية للقضاء على قوائم الانتظار.
