Abstract (English): With the rapid development of tissue engineering technology, polylactic acid (PLA) and polycaprolactone (PCL) have been widely used in the field of tissue engineering because of their excellent properties. In this paper, supercritical carbon dioxide (ScCO2) was used to study the effects of process parameters and crystallization pretreatment on the microcellular morphologies of the PLA/PCL (80/20) blend material, and the relationship between cell morphologies and crystal morphologies of the blend materials were analyzed. The cell morphologies were controlled by changing the foaming parameters such as saturation pressure, foaming time and foaming temperature. The results show that the process parameters have a great influence on the cell morphologies of the PLA/PCL (80/20) porous materials. Uniform and dense cell structure porous material can be obtained by increasing saturation pressure and controlling appropriate foaming temperature and foaming time. In order to enhance the effect of crystals on bubble nucleation site, the melting crystallization pretreatment on the PLA/PCL(80/20) blend was carried out. The results show that the melting crystallization pretreatment is beneficial to the formation of perfect spherulite structure, which can induce cell nucleation and improve the foaming properties of PLA. The addition of PCL can greatly promote the crystal morphologies of PLA, and plays a role in heterogeneous nucleation, and is conducive to the formation of uniform and dense cell structure porous material. Abstract (Chinese): 随着组织工程技术的快速发展, 聚乳酸 (PLA) 和聚己内酯 (PCL) 由于其优异的性能在组织工程领域得到广泛应 用。文中采用超临界二氧化碳 (ScCO2) 对 PLA/PCL (80/20) 共混材料进行微发泡实验, 研究了工艺参数和结晶预处理 对 PLA/PCL 共混材料微发泡泡孔形态的影响, 分析了泡孔形态与材料结晶形态之间的关系。通过改变饱和压力、保 压时间和发泡温度等发泡参数来控制泡孔的形态。结果表明, 工艺参数对 PLA/PCL (80/20) 共混材料的泡孔形态有很 大的影响, 提高饱和压力、控制适当的发泡温度和保压时间, 可以获得均匀致密的泡孔结构。为了增强晶体对气泡成 核位点的影响, 对 PLA/PCL 共混材料进行了熔融结晶预处理, 结果表明, 熔融结晶预处理有利于形成完善的球晶结 构, 诱导泡孔成核, 提高 PLA 的发泡性能, 且 PCL 的加入对 PLA 结晶形态有很大的促进作用, 可起到异相成核的作用, 有利于形成均匀致密的泡孔结构。 [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
