| Abstract (English): |
This study aimed to identify the reality of using the e-learning platforms in teaching and its relationship to the gain of professional skills of the public school teachers in Southern Shuna district in Jordan, from their point of view in light of the Corona pandemic, through the scholastic year (2020/2021). A descriptive methodology was followed using two questionnaires, the first one consisted of (17) items, the second one consisted of (11) items. A stratified random sample was drawn from the population of the study. It consisted of (171) male and female teachers. The results showed that the degree of using e-learning platforms in teaching and the gain of professional skills was medium, there were statistically significant differences between the teachers’ responses means that refer to gender in favor of females, and there were no statistically significant differences that refer to the years of experience. There was a positive relationship between the use of e-learning platforms in teaching and the gain of professional skills. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |

هدفت الدراسة الكشف عن واقع استخدام منصات التعليم الإلكترونية في عملية التدريس وعلاقتها باكتساب مهارات مهنية لدى معلمي المدارس الحكومية ومعلماتها في لواء الشونة الجنوبية من وجهة نظرهم خلال العام الدراسي (2020 2021)، وتم استخدام المنهج الوصفي المسحي، واستخدمت الدراسة استبانتين الأولى مكونة من (17) فقرة، والثانية: مكونة من (11) فقرة، وتم اختيار عينة طبقية عشوائية تكونت من (171) معلماً ومعلمة، وأظهرت النتائج أن درجة استخدام منصات التعليم الإلكترونية في التدريس جاءت متوسطة، وأن درجة اكتساب مهارات مهنية عند استخدام المنصات التعليمية الالكترونية في التدريس جاءت متوسطة أيضا، وأن هناك فروقاً دالة إحصائياً تبعاً لمتغير الجنس لصالح الإناث، ولا توجد فروق دالة إحصائياً تبعاً لمتغير الخبرة، وأن هناك علاقة إيجابية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين استخدام المنصات التعليمية الإلكترونية في التدريس واكتساب مهارات مهنية، وقدمت الدراسة توصيات منها: تنظيم مجتمعات تعلم عبر المنصات الالكترونية على مستوى المدارس لتبادل الخبرات، وإدخال استخدام المنصات التعليمية ضمن المنهاج المدرسي.
