Abstract (English): With the growing global energy demand, clean energy has become crucial to a low-carbon society and sustainable development. Although clean energy holds significant advantages in aspects such as carbon emissions and environmental pollution, its development and utilization may still pose specific impacts on water resources. This paper primarily investigates the impacts of various types of clean energy (including hydro-energy, nuclear power, geothermal energy, biomass energy, solar energy, and wind energy) on water resources and their underlying causes and suggests potential solutions to these issues. It provides reference information for the development and application of technology, formulation and implementation of relevant policies, and promotion of environmental science and technology, aiming at the sustainable utilization of clean energy and water resources. Elucidating the impacts of clean energy on water resources and providing countermeasures can provide technical support for governments and businesses to achieve carbon peak, carbon neutrality, and other objectives. Abstract (Chinese): 随着全球能源需求的增长, 清洁能源已成为低碳社会和可持续发展的重要组成部分. 虽然清洁能源在碳排放和环境污染等方面具有明显优势, 但其开发和使用过程中, 仍会对水资源产生一定程度的影响. 主要研究分析各种清洁能源(包括水能、核能、地热能、生物质能、太阳能和风能等)对水资源的影响以及产生原因, 并针对这些问题提出了可供参考的解决措施, 为开发利用技术、制定和执行相关政策、推广环保科技等提供参考信息, 以实现清洁能源和水资源的可持续利用. 厘清清洁能源对水资源的影响以及对策可以为政府及企业实现碳达峰、碳中和等目标提供技术信息支撑.
