This article discusses a rare case of a 31-year-old male patient who presented with dextrocardia and persistent truncus arteriosus. The patient had a history of poor exercise tolerance and cyanosis following exercise. Physical examination revealed clubbing in the fingers and toes, and imaging tests confirmed situs inversus and persistent truncus arteriosus. Whole genome sequencing identified a specific genetic variant. This case highlights the coexistence of dextrocardia and persistent truncus arteriosus in adulthood.
