| Abstract (English): |
The study aims to investigate the role of competitive intelligence dimensions (competitive culture, competitor intelligence, customer intelligence, supplier intelligence) in developing the competitive advantage of Mansoura Mineral Water Company in Tlemcen. The descriptive-analytical method was employed, and to achieve the study objectives, a questionnaire was designed and distributed to a sample of 40 employees at Mansoura Mineral Water Company in Tlemcen. The study found a significant correlation between the dimensions of competitive intelligence and the development of the company's competitive advantage. The study also recommended the necessity of giving more attention to competitive intelligence by allocating efficient financial and human resources and developing information systems programs that handle the vast amount of information flowing into the company. تهدف الدراسة إلى معرفة دور اليقظة التنافسية بأبعادها)الثقافة التنافسية -الاستعلام عن المنافسين - الاستعلام عن الزبائن - الاستعلام عن الموردين(في تطوير الميزة التنافسية بمؤسسة المياه المعدنية منصورة -تلمسا ن، وقد تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، و لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم تصميم استبانة وزعت على عينة مقدرة ب 40 موظف بمؤسسة المياه المعدنية منصورة - تلمسا ن.توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة ارتباط بين أبعاد اليقظة التنافسية و تطوير الميزة التنافسية بالمؤسسة. كما أوصت الدراسة بصرورة الاهتمام أكثر باليقظة التنافسية من خلال تخصيص موارد مادية وبشرية ذات كفاءة وتطوير برامج لنظم المعلومات التي تتعامل مع الكم الهائل من المعلومات المتدفقة إلى المؤسسة.
