This study aimed to determine the reasons for the weak relationship between the educational supervisor and science teachers in the directorates of the Central Jordan region from the teachers' point of view, where the survey curriculum was used by distributing a questionnaire that included four areas: (the educational supervisor role, the school curriculum, the teachers, the supervisor's personal characteristics and skills), The sample consisted of (278) male and female science teachers in the directorates of the Central Region of the Kingdom; The most important results of the study are that the role of the educational supervisor constitutes the largest role and support provided by the supervisor to build a positive relationship with the teacher, then the field of characteristics and personal qualities of the educational supervisor, and the field of the school curriculum, and then the field of teachers. In addition, in the field of the role of the educational supervisor, the paragraph "presents himself to me as the owner of knowledge and experience" came in the first rank, with an average of) 3.90(. With an arithmetic average of (3.64), and in the field of teachers, the paragraph "The supervisor took an offensive style with the teacher" came in the first rank with an average of 3.98, and in the field of personal traits and characteristics of the supervisor came in the first rank of the paragraph "The language of communication between the supervisor and the teacher in one direction only" with an average My Account (3.98). It was found that there were statistically significant differences in the arithmetic mean values of the total result of the study sample estimates, the reasons for the weak relationship between the educational supervisor and science teachers in the directorates of the Central Jordan region from the teachers' point of view, according to the gender of the teacher.) هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد أسباب ضعف العلاقة بين المشرف التربوي ومعلمي العلوم في مديريات إقليم وسط الأردن من وجهة نظر معلمي العلوم، حيث استخدم المنهاج المسحي بتوزيع استبانة اشتملت على أربعة مجالات:)دور المشرف التربوي، المنهاج المدرسي، المعلمون، السمات والمهارات الشخصية للمشرف(، وتكونت العينة من) 278 (معلمًا ومعلمة في مديريات إقليم وسط المملكة، وكانت أهم نتائج الدراسة أن دور المشرف التربوي يشكل أكبر دور ودعم يقدمه المشرف لبناء علاقة إيجابية مع المعلم، ثم مجال السمات والصفات الشخصية للمشرف التربوي، ومجال المنهاج المدرسي، ثم مجال المعلمون. في مجال دور المشرف التربوي جاء في الرتبة الأولى الفقرة "يقدم نفسه لي على أنه صاحب المعرفة والخبرة" وبمتوسط حسابي) 3.90 (، وفي مجال المنهاج المدرسي جاء في الرتبة الأولى الفقرة "المنهاج المدرسي بحاجة الى مشرف متمكن من مادته." بمتوسط حسابي) 3.64 (، وفي مجال المعلمون جاء في الرتبة الأولى الفقرة "اتخاذ المشرف أسلوب هجومي مع المعلم" بمتوسط حسابي) 3.98 (، وفي مجال السمات والصفات الشخصية للمشرف جاء الفقرة "لغة التواصل بين .) المشرف والمعلم باتجاه واحد فقط" في الرتبة الأولى وبمتوسط حسابي) 3.98 ***لوحظ وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في المتوسط الحسابي الدرجة الكلية لتقديرات عينة الدراسة أسباب ضعف العلاقة بين المشرف التربوي ومعلمي العلوم في مديريات إقليم وسط الأردن من وجهة نظر معلمي العلوم باختلاف جنس المعلم، وبلغت قيمة "ت ")- 3.684 (وبمستوى دلالة أقل من) 0.005 (ولصالح الإناث، كما يلاحظ أن القيم التائية ولصالح الإناث.)α= لجميع الأبعاد كانت جميعها دالة إحصائيَّا عند مستوى) 0.05.
