| Abstract (English): | Rhetorical terms have great importance and an important role in the integrity of speech and the choice of words that suit the situation of the addressee. Until the speech arrives in its finest and most beautiful form. Rhetorical terminology was mentioned in the most important books of rhetoric in the sciences of meanings and rhetoric, and in this modest research I conveyed what the specialists defined for both eloquence and rhetoric, and they gave priority to speaking about eloquence before rhetoric. Because knowing eloquence depends on knowing eloquence in a sentence. After I devoted a separate chapter to the science of meanings, I explained the specificity of rhetoric and the generality of eloquence in speech, and devoted a study to each of them that dealt with them. Then I defined the science of meanings and mentioned the names that fall under it. Such as predicate, construction, connection, separation, brevity, redundancy, and equality. I touched on rhetoric in knowing each type of them, and went back to the rhetoric scholars' definition of each of them. In the second chapter, I dealt with the science of rhetoric and the scholars' definition of it, and what falls under it of simile representation and non-representation, and its sections of wrapping, disjunction, settlement, and plural. A detailed and general simile, and then I mentioned the division of the simile, considering its tool, into a transmitted and confirmed simile, and an implied simile, and I defined truth and metaphor, linguistic and mental truth, metaphor and its parts, and I concluded the last section with metaphor, its definition and its parts. | Abstract (Turkish): | Belagatle alakalı terimlerin büyük önemi vardır. Belagatin, sözün en güzel ve en uygun şekline ulaşması için, muhatabın haline göre sözleri ve kelimeleri seçmede önemli bir rolü vardır. Belagat terimleri, Meânî ve Beyan kitaplarında zikredilmektedir. Bu mütevazi araştırmada uzmanların bildiği fesahat ve belagat için tanımladıkları bilgileri naklettim. Onlar, kelamda belagatten önce fesahati takdim etmişlerdir. Çünkü belagati bilmek, cümledeki fesahati bilmeye bağlıdır. Meânî ilmine ayrı bir bölüm ayırdıktan sonra, belagatin hususiyetlerini ve konuşmada genelliğini açıklayıp, her birini ele alan bölümlere ayırdım. Daha sonra Meânî ilmini tanımlayıp haber, inşa, vasl, fasl, îcâz, ıtnâb ve müsâvât gibi içeriğinde bulunan alt birimlerini zikrettim. Bunların her birinin belagatle olan ilgisine değindim ve belagatçilerin tariflerine yer verdim. İkinci bölümde belâgat ilmini ve ilim adamlarının tanımını, teşbih, temsil ve temsilin dışındakileri, melfûf ve mefrûk, teşbih, temsil, mufassal ve mücmel gibi onun kapsamına girenleri ele aldım. Sonra da teşbih edatlarına göre, mürsel, müekked, teşbihi zımnî; hakikat ve mecâz, lügavî ve aklî hakikat gibi mecâzın kısımlarından bahsettim. | Abstract (Arabic): | المصطلحات اَلبلاغية لَها أَهمية كَبيرة، وَدور مَهم فَي اَستقامة اَلكلام وَاختيار اَلكلمات اَلتي تَناسب حَال اَلمخاطب؛ حَتى يَصل اَلكلام فَي أَبهىَََ صورة وَأجمل حَلة. فَالمصطلحات اَلبلاغية ذََ كرت فَي أَمهات كَتب اَلبلاغة فَي عَلم ي اَلمعاني وَالبيان، وََفي هََذا اَلبحث اَلمتواضع نَقلت مََََا عَ رفهَ أهل اَلَختصاص لَكل مَن اََلفصاحة وَالبلاغة، وََقد قَدَ موا اََلكلام عَلى اَلفصاحة قَبل اََلبلاغة؛ لَأن مَعرفة اَلبلاغة مََتوقف عََلى مَعرفة اَلفصاحة فَيََ الجملة.َ وََبعد أَن أَفردت لَعلم اَلمعاني فَصلاً خَاصاً بَه، بَي نت خَصوص اَلبلاغة وَعموم اَلفصاحة فَي اَلكلام، وَأفردت لَكل مَنهما بَحثاً يَتناولهما، ثَمََ ع رفت عَلم اَلمعاني وَذكرت مَا يَندرج تَحته مَن مَس ميات؛ كَالخبر وَالإنشاء وَالوصل وَالفصل وَالإيجاز وَالإطناب وَالمساواة، وَتط رقت لَلبلاغة فََيَ معرفة كَل نَوع مَنها، وَع رجت إَلى تَعريف عَلماء اَلبلاغة لَكل مَنها، وَفي اَلفصل اَلثاني تَناولت عَلم اَلبيان وَتعريف اَلعلماء لَه، وَما يَندرج تََحته مَنَ تشبيه تَمثيل وَغير تَمثيل، وَأقسامه مَن مَلفوف وَمفروق وَتسوية وَجمع، وَتشبيه مَف صل وَ مجمَل، وَبعدها ذَكرت اَنقسام اَلتشبيه بَاعتبار أَداته إََلىََ تشبيه مرسَل وَمؤ كد، وَالتشبيه اَلضمني، وَع رفت اَلحقيقة وَالمجاز، وَالحقيقة اَللغوية وَالعقلية، وَالمجاز وَأقسامه، وَختمت اَلمبحث اَلأخير بَالَستعارةََ وتعريفها وَأقسامها؛ كَالمرشحة وَالمج ردة وَالمطلقة، وَالكناية وَمعناها.َََ.
