| Abstract (English): |
The problem of pollution has become a prominent feature in societies, accompanying the development, modernity, and the diversity of pollution between material and non -material, according to its source. The noise pollution is one of the problems that accompanied man from the moment he was on the ground and not newly -covenant, but it has evolved over time for the development of life and increased technological progress and the use of machines and equipment more than Before the human dependence on it in all his movements and the practice of his various daily activities became the research, the city of Al -Rifai covered and the levels of noise were spatially and temporary. Inside the same city, knowing that noise pollution leaves many negative effects on the human being, his psychological and physical health, and it has a set of diseases as a result of continuous exposure to noise, noise pollution is characterized by its limitations, that is, it can be controlled by following a set of solutions based on scientific research and studies and applying them in a real way. أضحت مشكلة التلوث سمة بارزة في المجتمعات وم ا رفقة للتطور والحداثة وتنوع التلوث بين المادي وغير المادي بحسب مصدره ويعد التلوث الضوضائي من المشاكل التي ا رفقت الإنسان من لحظة تواجده على الأرض وليس حديثة العهد لكنها تطورت بمرور الزمن لتطور الحياة و زيادة التقدم التكنولوجي واستخدام الآلات والمعدات بصورة اكبر من قبل واصبح اعتماد الانسان عليها في مجمل تحركاته وممارسة انشطته اليومية المختلفة ، تناول البحث مدينة الرفاعي وتباينت مستويات الضوضاء فيها مكانياً و زمانياً وتوصلنا لتلك النتائج باستخدام جهاز قياس مستوى وتم التطرق إلى اختلاف الاسباب)Sound meter level(الضوضاء التي تؤدي الى الضوضاء فضلاً عن تباينها في داخل المدينة الواحدة علماً ان التلوث الضوضائي يترك اثا ا رً سلبية كثيرة على الإنسان وصحته النفسية والجسدية واصابته بمجموعة من الأم ا رض نتيجة التعرض المستمر الى الضوضاء ، يتميز التلوث الضوضاء بمحدوديته أي بالإمكان السيطرة عليه من خلال اتباع مجموعة من الحلول التي تستند إلى البحوث العلمية والد ا رسات وتطبيقها بصورة حقيقية ما يسهم بالتقليل من اثره على الإنسان.
