مستخلص: The importance of objective information about the spatial air parameters of movement of airplane, other aircraft plane (AP) and moving objects relative to the surrounding air environment is discussed for solving control and ensuring safety of movement problems in the surface disturbed layer of the atmosphere. The limitations on the use on mobile objects various class of traditional systems which using on airplane and other aircraft planes (AP) for spatial measurement (control) of air parameters based on the aerometric method with a number of autonomous receivers and sensors of incoming air flow parameters distributed over the fuselage are considered. The limitations of systems measuring for the movement's air parameters of a moving objects that implement vortex and ion-mark methods for measuring the parameters of incoming air flow are analyzed. The theoretical foundations of building of the electronic information system of spatial control of the movement's air parameters of a moving objects based on ultrasonic method with one (integrated) fixed receiver of incoming air flow are revealed. To expand the functionality, a static pressure receiver-hole is installed on the outer streamlined surface of the fixed flow receiver of incoming air flow, connected to an absolute pressure sensor with a frequency output which connected to the system's computer, at the output of which digital output signals of the system are generated, convenient for use in modern automatic, manual and remote control systems. Analytical models of informative signals and algorithms for spatial determination of air parameters of a moving object in instrumentation channels of the electronic system with one fixed receiver of incoming air flow are obtained. The competitive advantages and prospects of using the electronic system for spatial control movement's air parameters on small-sized manned and unmanned mobile objects of various classes and purposes are revealed.
