| Abstract (English): |
This article presents in a general way the implementation of the “Ius Standi” (private access to International Jurisdictions) particularly to the Central American Court of Justice (hereinafter CCJ). Through a historical review of the access of individuals to claim their rights before different Jurisdictional Instances, the historical, legal and social need to establish a Central American Court of Justice that guarantees respect for the law in the interpretation and execution will be revealed. of the Tegucigalpa Protocol to the Charter of the Organization of Central American States (hereinafter ODECA) and its complementary instruments or acts derived from it. Only through the Central American Court of Justice that provides legal security to the Central American Integration System (hereinafter SICA), will we crystallize the unionist desires to turn Central America into a Region of Peace, Freedom, Democracy and Development. Este artículo presenta de manera general la puesta en práctica del “Ius Standi” (acceso de los particulares a las Jurisdicciones Internacionales) particularmente la Corte Centroamericana de Justicia (en adelante CCJ). A través de un recorrido histórico del acceso de los particulares para reclamar sus derechos ante distintas Instancias Jurisdiccionales, se pondrá de manifiesto la necesidad histórica, jurídica y social, por establecer una Corte Centroamericana de Justicia que garantice el respeto del derecho en la interpretación y ejecución del Protocolo de Tegucigalpa a la Carta de la Organización de Estados Centroamericanos (en adelante ODECA) y sus instrumentos complementarios o actos derivados del mismo. Solo mediante la Corte Centroamericana de Justicia que brinda seguridad jurídica al Sistema de la Integración Centroamericana (en adelante SICA), cristalizaremos los anhelos unionistas por convertir Centroamérica en una Región de Paz, Libertad, Democracia y Desarrollo.
