مستخلص: Artificial Intelligence has entered manyfields and departments in every aspect of life, including the human resource department. This department is the most important strategic factor that immediately drives an organization to profitability. With the adoption of innovative technologies in the digital age, business structures must adapt to modern designs and increase the performance of business processes. Automation of various processes is expected to lead to widespread changes in the economy and society. An organization needs to locate, recruit, and manage talented employees. It is important that the right candidate is hired for the right role. As a rapidly advancing technology, artificial intelligence is quickly seeping into the roots of every process. This study emphasizes the function of recruitment and selection in the human resource department in efficiently using artificial intelligence. It has begun to manage recruitment processes through essential recruiting tools andprofile shortlisting. Even if this combination is drawing the attention of many researchers, the subject still has many unexplored angles. This study aims to recognize the significant role of Artificial intelligence in the organizational recruitment processes, analyzing its benefits and limitations. This paper intends to examine the practical applications of artificial intelligence in the employment process.
