| Abstract (English): |
Improving the organizational reputation of university institutions has become an urgent necessity in light of the constant efforts of universities to accommodate developments and competitive changes at the local and global levels. The GRC model, which means integration between governance, risk management and compliance, is one of the modern approaches that helps the university to achieve high levels of transparency, integrity, responsibility, commitment and dealing. With risks and their management, and thus helps the university achieve its strategic goals efficiently and effectively, which contributes to improving its organizational reputation, Therefore, the current research aimed to find out proposed mechanisms to improve the organizational reputation of Egyptian universities in light of the model of integration between governance, risk management and compliance, through identifying the intellectual foundations of organizational reputation in universities, and the theoretical foundations of the model of integration between governance, risk management and compliance. The descriptive approach and the Delphi method were used to identify the opinions of experts. A set of proposed mechanisms was reached to improve the level of organizational reputation of Egyptian universities in light of the integration model between governance, risk management and compliance. لقد أصبح تحسين السمعة التنظيمية للمؤسسات الجامعية ضرورة ملحة في ظل السعي الدائم للجامعات نحو استيعاب التطورات والتغيرات التنافسية علي المستوي المحلي والعالمي، ويُعد نموذج GRC والذي يعني التكامل بين الحوكمة وإدارة المخاطر والالتزام أحد المداخل الحديثة التي تساعد الجامعة لتحقيق مستويات عالية من الشفافية والنزاهة والمسئولية والالتزام والتعامل مع المخاطر وإدارتها، وبالتالي يُساعد الجامعة علي تحقيق غاياتها الاستراتيجية بكفاءة وفعالية، الأمر الذي يسهم في تحسين سمعتها التنظيمية، لذا استهدف البحث الحالي التوصل إلى آليات مقترحة لتحسين السمعة التنظيمية للجامعات المصرية في ضوء نموذج التكامل بين الحوكمة وإدارة المخاطر والالتزام، وذلك من خلال التعرف إلى المرتكزات الفكرية للسمعة التنظيمية بالجامعات، والأسس النظرية لنموذج التكامل بين الحوكمة وإدارة المخاطر والالتزام، وتم استخدام المنهج الوصفي، وأسلوب دلفاي للتعرف على آراء الخبراء، وتم التوصل إلى مجموعة من الآليات المقترحة لتحسين مستوي السمعة التنظيمية للجامعات المصرية في ضوء نموذج التكامل بين الحوكمة وإدارة المخاطر والالتزام.
