| Abstract (English): |
The development of the agricultural sector vertically is based on the extent of developing farm management and developing the level of efficiency in the use of agricultural inputs as one of the main objectives of agricultural policy, as it leads to increasing economic returns and thus increasing investment and national income. The research aimed to study the efficiency of greenhouse management for producing the tomato crop, which ranks first in the number of greenhouses operating in the Bahariya Oasis region, at a rate of about 70.67% of the total number of greenhouses for the agricultural year 2022/2023. The research was based on a random sample that was classified into two categories in terms of the area of the first greenhouse. Small greenhouses (400 m²) at a faddan of 10 greenhouses per acre, and the second is a large greenhouse (4000 m²) at a rate of one greenhouse per faddan. The research reached several results, the most important of which are: (1) Increasing education levels through the various stages of education, and education acquired through both training programs and the acquisition of technical skills through practice and experience, increases the probability of achieving technical competence for producers, and therefore education is a factor. Major in agricultural development. (2) Investment in modern agricultural technologies, such as fertilizers and improved varieties of agricultural production, has a real impact on investment in human resources development. (3) There are many problems facing tomato producers in greenhouses in the Bahariya Oasis region. ترتكز تنمية القطاع الزراعي رأسياً على مدى تطوير الإدارة المزرعية وتنمية مستوى كفاءة استخدام المدخلات الزراعية كأحد الأهداف الرئيسية للسياسة الزراعية حيث يؤدي إلى زيادة العوائد الاقتصادية وبالتالي زيادة الاستثمار والدخل القومي. استهدف البحث دراسة كفاءة إدارة الصوب الزراعية لإنتاج محصول الطماطم والذى يحتل المرتبة الأولى لعدد الصوب العاملة بمنطقة الواحات البحرية بنسبة بلغت نحو 70.67% من إجمالي عدد الصوب الزراعية للعام الزراعي 2022/2023، اعتمد البحث على عينة عشوائية تم تصنيفها إلى فئتين من حيث مساحة الصوب، الأولى صوب صغيرة (400م²) بمعدل 10 صوب بالفدان، والثانية صوب كبيرة (4000 م²) بمعدل صوبة لكل فدان. وتوصل البحث إلى عدة نتائج وأهمها: (1) أن زيادة مستويات الحصول على كل من التعليم التربوى والأكاديمى من خلال مراحل التعليم المختلفة، والتعليم المكتسب من خلال كل من برامج التدريب واكتساب المهارات الفنية بالممارسة والخبرة تزيد من احتمال تحقيق الكفاءة الفنية للمنتجين، أى أن التعليم عامل رئيسي في التنمية الزراعية. (2) أن الاستثمار في التكنولوجيات الزراعية الحديثة كالأسمدة، والأصناف المحسنة للإنتاج الزراعي يرتبط تاثيرها الحقيقى باستثمار موزاي في تنمية الموارد البشرية. (3) هناك العديد من المشكلات التى تواجه منتجي محصول الطماطم بالصوب الزراعية فى منطقة الواحات البحرية. وانتهى البحث بعدة توصيات من شأنها النهوض بإنتاج محصول الطماطم بالصوب الزراعية وتحقيق ورفع الكفاءة الفنية والاقتصادية.
