The tangible cultural heritage is considered one of the most important economic resources, of which tourism is one of the most important aspects. Indeed, heritage, whether in its tangible or intangible form, is one of the cultural tributaries that form the collective memory of any nation or people. The Emirate of Sharjah has considered and preserved its heritage through the enactment of regulatory and conservation laws and legislation. Its institutions have also drawn up strategic and developmental plans for heritage areas and museums along with marketing and promoting tourism to them. Despite the efforts of the Emirate of Sharjah through its institutions to plan and implement tourism projects based on the sustainability and preservation of the tangible cultural heritage, there is a lack of studying the impact of these projects on preserving the heritage. Hence, it was necessary to study these projects. The study depended on the descriptive analytical approach and was conducted on a sample of (144) single professionals in tourism companies and hotel employees in the Emirate of Sharjah working in the Department of Tourism Promotion and Reservations. The sample also included employees of the Sharjah Heritage Institute. The results displyed that there is a strong correlation between the variable of tourism development projects and its impact on preserving the tangible heritage in the Emirate of Sharjah, as the correlation coefficient reached (0.890). which is a strong direct relationship and is a statistically significant value. Besides, it indicates the association between the independent variable and the dependent variable. The study recommends developing existing laws and legislation and issuing guiding instructions for methods and methods of preserving heritage by using artificial intelligence techniques. Together with the development of periodic control methods based on modern technology, greater adherence is given to guiding standards to reduce pollution. يعتبر التراث الثقافي المادي أحد أهم الموارد الاقتصادية والتي تعتبر السياحة أحد أهم وجوهها، ومما لا شك فيه فإن التراث سواء بشكله المادي أو الغير المادي هو رافد من الروافد الثقافية التي تشكل الذاكرة الجمعية لأي أمة أو شعب. اهتمت إمارة الشارقة بتراثها وحافظت عليه من خلال سن قوانين وتشريعات تنظيمية وحفاظية، وكذلك قامت مؤسساتها بوضع الخطط الاستراتيجية والتنموية للمناطق التراثية والمتاحف ومن ثم التسويق والترويج السياحي لها. وعلى الرغم من جهود امارة الشارقة عن طريق مؤسساتها في تخطيط وتنفيذ مشاريع سياحية تقوم على استدامة التراث المادي الثقافي والحفاظ عليه الا انه هناك ندرة في دراسة تأثير هذه المشاريع في الحفاظ على التراث. ومن هنا كان لابد من دراسة هذ المشاريع بحثيا. واعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. وتم إجراء الدراسة على عينة قوامها (144) مفردة من العاملين في الشركات السياحية وموظفي الفنادق في إمارة الشارقة العاملين في إدارة الترويج السياحي والحجوزات، وشملت العينة أيضاً موظفي معهد الشارقة للتراث. وخلصت النتائج الى وجود علاقة ارتباط قوية بين متغير مشاريع التنمية السياحية وأثرة في الحفاظ على التراث المادي في إمارة الشارقة، حيث بلغ معامل الارتباط (0.890) وهي علاقة طردية قوية وهي قيمة دالة إحصائياً، وهي تدل على ارتباط المتغير المستقل والمتغير التابع. كما توصي الدراسة بتطوير القوانين والتشريعات القائمة وإصدار تعليمات إرشادية لطرق وأساليب الحفاظ على التراث من خلال اتباع ما يقدمه العلم بهذا الخصوص وخاصة استخدام تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي مع تطوير أساليب الرقابة الدورية بالاعتماد على التكنولوجيا الحديثة، والالتزام بشكل أكبر بمعايير التوجيهية للحد من التلوث واعتماد وسائل نقل تحافظ أكثر على التراث المادي.
