| Abstract (English): | The technological development resulting from the Fourth Industrial Revolution and the changes it has brought about within developed and developing societies, whether this is a social or technological change, and the new and diverse situations and problems it has produced require modern and advanced knowledge, skills and professional expertise to confront them, as the technological development that has occurred has contributed to The field of information and communications technology, the development of the Internet and its spread have forcefully entered societies into the information age, and the quality and advancement of any profession and any specialty in any society depends on achieving goals that society deems necessary for its survival and the well-being of its citizens, and the professional practice of social service to the extent that it needs theoretical frameworks to guide it, except It is also in dire need of personal and skill preparation in applying these knowledge and skill data, and this cannot be achieved and these skills are acquired only through training. The social worker faces, through the exercise of his various roles, many problems that range from simplicity to complexity in terms of their impact in general, and the problems can be divided Which the social worker faces are divided into four basic types, which are professional problems, technical problems, humanitarian problems, and environmental problems, and each of them requires diverse skills and abilities and requires special skills to confront them. Given the nature of these modern technologies in education, educational institutions have found themselves facing great challenges and many problems, whether these are Problems inside or outside school, so they have become part of the approved education processes to alleviate contemporary social problems and provide an early solution. The topic of children’s social problems is one of the topics that has occupied many researchers out of their belief in the importance of this group to society and even the entire nation, and social workers who expand for responses to a pressing social issue to achieve effective social service practice and research knowledge to reduce social problems. | Abstract (Arabic): | إن التطور التكنولوجي الناتج عن الثورة الصناعية الرابعة وما آلت اليه من تغيرات داخل المجتمعات تغي ار اجتماعيا أو تكنولوجيا انتجة من أوضاع ومشكالت جديدة ومتنوعة ً المتقدمة والنامية سواء كان هذا ، وما تتطلب مواجهتها المعارف و المهارات و الخبرات المهنية الحديثة والمتطورة للتصدي لها، حيث ساهم التطور التكنولوجي الذي حدث في مجال تكنولوجيا المعلومات واالتصاالت، وتطور اإلنترنت و أنتشاره في دخول المجتمعات بقوة في عصر المعلومات، وإن جودة وارتقاء أى مهنة وأى تخصص في أى مجتمع إنما هو رهين بتحقيق أهداف يراها المجتمع ضرورية لبقائه ولرفاهية مواطنية، والممارسة المهنية للخدمة االجتماعية بقدر ا ألستعداد الشخصية والمهار ية في تطبيق ً احتياجها إلى األطر النظرية لتوجيهها، إال أنها أيض بحاجة ماسة إلى ا هذه المعطيات المعرفية والمهارية، وال يتحقق ذلك وال تكتسب هذه المهارات إال بالتدريب، فاألخصائي اإلجتماعي يواجه من خالل ممارسته ألدواره المختلفة العديد من المشكالت التي تتراوح بين البساطة والتعقيد من حيث تأثيرها بصفة عامة، ويمكن تقسيم المشكالت التي يواجها االخصائى االجتماعي إلي أربعة أنواع أساسية وهي مشكالت مهنية ومشكالت فنية ومشكالت إنسانية ومشكالت بيئية وكل منها تحتاج إلي مهارات وقدرات متنوعة وتتطلب مها ارت خاصة لمواجهتها، ونظ ار ، فقد وجدت المؤسسات ً لطبيعة هذه التقنيات الحديثة في التعليم التعليمية نفسها في تحديات عظيمة ومشكالت كثيرة سواء كانت تلك المشكالت داخل المدرسة أو خارجها، ً لذلك أصبحت من عمليات التعليم المعتمد في التخفيف من المشاكل االجتماعية المعاصرة وتقدم حالً جزءا ا ً ً مبكر، ويعد موضوع المشكالت االجتماعية لالطفال من الموضوعات التى شغلت الكثير من الباحثين ايمانا منهم بأهمية هذه الفئة للمجتمع بل واالمة باسرها، وعلى األخصائيين االجتماعيين الذين يوسعون لالستجابات لقضية اجتماعية ملحة لتحقيق ممارسة الخدمة االجتماعية بشكل فعال والمعرفة البحثية للحد من المشكالت االجتماعية.
