Abstract (English): Anionic synthetic detergent is the main component of detergent, and it is a kind of substance difficult to be degraded, and is an important index of environmental water pollution at present. It has good decontamination ability and low price, and are widely used in the food and beverage industry and industrial disinfection. Although such substance has low toxicity but its degradation is slow, and it also inhibit the degradation of other toxic substances. In order to establish the detection method of anionic synthetic detergent based on the continuous flow analysis, the instrument flow path of the continuous flow method in GB/T 5750. 4一2023 was adjusted. The flow path of acid methylene blue was changed into that of basic methylene blue by direct injection, the proportion of methylene blue system was optimized. The direction of peristaltic pump was reversed and the pump speed was 12 r/min. The injection time was 40 s, the pipeline cleaning time was 300 s, and the integral time was set to 30 ms, the reference wavelength was 490 nm. Taking the concentration of anionic synthetic detergent as the horizontal coordinate, the peak height signal value as the vertical coordinate to make the standard curve. The linear range, detection limit, precision and accuracy of the method were also verified. In the concentration range of 0一0. 35 mg/L, the standard curve equation of the method was y = 0. 1243x -- 0. 0012, the r value was 0. 999 5, the detection limit was 0. 003 mg/L, the recovery was 9& 4%--103%, and the precision was 0. 74%--1. 8%. The results showed that the method has good linearity, high precision and accuracy, simple operation and less pollution. Abstract (Chinese): 阴离子合成洗涤剂是洗涤用品的主要成分, 属于生物难降解的物质,是当前环境水污染的重要指 标, 具有较好的去污能力且价格低, 广泛应用于餐饮界和工业的消毒, 该类物质虽毒性低但降解缓慢, 同时 还抑制其他有毒物质的降解。为了建立基于连续流动分析检测技术的阴离子合成洗涤剂检测方法, 对国 家标准方法(GB/T 5750. 4 2023)连续流动法中的仪器流路进行调整, 将酸性亚甲基蓝流路变为碱性亚甲 基蓝流路直接进样, 优化亚甲基蓝体系配比, 蠕动泵方向为反转且泵的转速为12 r/min,注射时间为40 s, 管路清洗时间为300 s,积分时间设置为30 ms,于650 rnn波长下进行测量, 参比波长为490 nm,以阴离子 合成洗涤剂浓度值为横坐标, 峰高信号值为纵坐标, 制作标准曲线, 并对方法的线性范围、检出限、精密 度、准确度进行验证, 在0〜0. 35 mg/L,阴离子合成洗涤剂的标准曲线方程为y = 0. 124 3乂一0. 0012,且 相关系数7•值为0.999 5,检出限为0.003 mg/L,添加回收率9& 4%〜103%,精密度在0.74%〜1.8%, 结果表明, 方法线性关系良好, 精密度和准确度高, 操作简单, 污染少, 适用于生活饮用水中阴离子合成 洗涤剂的大批量分析检测.
