مستخلص: Several studies have been carried out to speed up data transfer. And one of the variables that helps to speed up data transfer time is the geographic location of the user and knowing the frequency of user access to the content being accessed. whether content in the form of audio, graphic or other. By using the neural network clustering method Self Organizing Mapping (SOM), the 2 input variables are clustered. Based on the simulation results, there are 6x6 clustering with 175 sample points in the most clusters and all clusters are distributed sample points.
