Any innovation that enters a person's life arouses vigilance, even dissatisfaction. In this sense, it is natural that pedagogues, who have been acting with traditional methods for several years, contend to make studies at the level of request based on ameliorated state education standards. Accordingly, there was a need to develop a model of students' competence formation in the educational. This model helps to imagine the formation of science-related competencies.
