| Abstract (English): |
act: This study aims to offer an account of Imam Burhan Al-Din Ibn Mazah Al-Bukhari and his book Nasab al-Fuqaha (The Jurists Prescribed Minimum), which holds significance as an addition to the Islamic heritage and the jurisprudential library, particularly the Hanafi library. The inductive, descriptive, and deductive approach was adopted. The study is organized into an introduction and eight sections. The first section introduces the author, while the second section describes the manuscript copies. The third section discusses the title and attribution of the book, followed by the fourth section on the book's subject matter. The fifth section explores the sources of the book, while the sixth section examines the author's approach. The seventh section highlights the importance of the book, and the eighth section elaborates criticisms of the book. The study results showed that the book was characterized by its valuable content, including annotations and discussions recorded by Ibn Mazah on various jurisprudential issues and the scholarly opinions he conveyed from others. يهدف البحث إلى تقديم دراسة عن الإمام برهان الدين بن مازة البخاري وكتابه المخطوط «نصاب الفقهاء»، الذي ترجع أهميته في أنه يمثل إضافة إلى التراث الإسلامي، والمكتبة الفقهية لاسيما المكتبة الحنفية، وقد اتبع البحث المنهج الاستقرائي والمنهج الوصفي والمنهج الاستنباطي وقد تم تقسيمه إلى مقدمة وثمانية مباحث، وهي المبحث الأول: التعريف بالمؤلف، والمبحث الثاني: في وصف نسخ المخطوطات والمبحث الثالث: عن اسم الكتاب ونسبته، ثم المبحث الرابع عن موضوع الكتاب، ثم تلاه المبحث الخامس: مصادر الكتاب، ثم جاء المبحث السادس: منهج المؤلف ثمي المبحث السابع: أهمية الكتاب والمبحث الثامن المآخذ على الكتاب، وتوصل البحث إلى أن الكتاب قد اتصف بمزايا جعلته قيما في بابه منها أنه احتوى على تعقيبات ومناقشات دونها ابن مازة في كثير من المسائل الفقهية، والآراء التي نقلها عن غيره.
