| Abstract (Chinese): |
多囊卵巢综合征（PCOS）是育龄妇女最常见内分泌疾病之一, PCOS患者大多存在糖脂 代谢异常, 同时高血压、脂肪肝以及心血管疾病的发生风险显著增加. 因此, PCOS患者除了关注生殖 异常, 更需要关注代谢异常. 所有PCOS患者就诊时均应评估是否存在代谢异常, 尤其是糖代谢. 生 活方式的干预和管理是改善PCOS患者代谢异常最基础、最重要的非药物措施. 药物治疗中, 二甲双 胍、噻唑烷二酮类以及 α‑葡萄糖苷酶抑制剂等药物治疗在多个指南中有相应的推荐, 近年来的文献 报道, 新型降糖药物胰高糖素样肽‑1受体激动剂及钠‑葡萄糖共转运蛋白 2抑制剂也有改善 PCOS女 性代谢异常的作用.
