This study examines the communication activity of public relations practitioners in the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs during the period 1/1/2023 until 6/30/2023 after identifying the most important communication activities that are employed by them in order to develop solutions and treatments for crises within Iraqi society from Away from these activities, whether they are those others from the social protection network or the facilities that were also provided to you in terms of improvements or providing training that qualifies them to be active in the labor market after the successful end of this agreement, through the establishment of public relations practitioners at the Ministry’s headquarters or serving it specifically for a long period. 50 researchers from the total number of workers in the departments and divisions of media and public relations in this department It has emerged through the research tool from now on to the communicative activities of the cosmic universe and the crises facing modern society through media technologies. ان هذه الدراسة تبحث في النشاط الاتصالي لممارسي العلاقات العامة في وزارة العمل والشؤون الاجتماعية في المدة 1/1/2023 ولغاية 30/6/2023 بهدف التعرف على اهم الانشطة الاتصالية التي يتم توظيفها من قبلهم من اجل وضع الحلول والمعالجات للازمات داخل المجتمع العراقي من المستفيدين من هذه الانشطة سواء كانوا اولئك المستفيدين من شبكة الحماية الاجتماعية او التسهيلات التي تقدم للشباب سواء على مستوى القروض او تقديم التدريب الذي يؤهلهم للدخول في سوق العمل بعد انتهاء هذه الاختبارات المؤهلة وذلك عبر عينة من ممارسي العلاقات العامة في مقر الوزارة او الدوائر المرتبطة بها بعينة بلغت 50 مبحوث/ة من مجموع العاملين في اقسام وشعب الاعلام والعلاقات العامة في هذه الدوائر ، وقد ظهر عبر اداة البحث انهم يقدمون انشطة اتصالية من شأنها معالجة الازمات التي تواجه المجتمع بواسطة تقنيات الاعلام الحديثة.
