Abstract (Hungarian): A szerző úgy véli, hogy a büntetőeljárás hasonlít a sakkjátszmához. Létezik benne megnyitás, középjáték végjáték. A megnyitásban a helyszíni szemle a domináns. A további nyomozás jelenti az egész középjátékot. A végjátékba a bírósági események, a tárgyalási bizonyítás tartozik. A három szakasz elemzését végzi el a tanulmány. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
