مستخلص: This study aimed to measure the impact of pre-sales services in their dimensions (initial response to customer requirements, design and pricing completion, production scheduling and shipping, pre-sales customer communication) on enhancing the customer experience in packaging companies in the corrugated cardboard sector in Saudi Arabia. The study relied on the descriptive analytical method, and an questionnaire was used to measure the study variables, distributed to a sample of customers of packaging companies in the corrugated cardboard sector in Saudi Arabia. Due to the difficulty of conducting a comprehensive census of all members of the study community, the study used a simple random sampling method, with a total of 384 respondents who answered the questionnaire. The study found several results, the most prominent of which was the statistically significant positive impact of pre-sales services dimensions on enhancing the customer experience in packaging companies in the corrugated cardboard sector in Saudi Arabia. The study recommended the necessity of providing training courses for the work team to enhance their understanding of customer needs and improve their communication skills before starting the sales process. These courses may include simulating real-life scenarios and workshops to enhance communication and understanding of needs, as well as regularly updating and revising product design and pricing processes to ensure their alignment with customer expectations and market developments.
