| Abstract (English): |
The study aimed to study and analyze the role of teamwork as one of the tools of quality circles in improving the quality of health services provided by hospitals in Jeddah Governorate, and to identify the importance of empowerment as one of the tools of quality circles in improving the quality of health services provided by hospitals in Jeddah Governorate. And determining the reality of employee integration as one of the tools of quality circles in improving the quality of health services provided by hospitals in Jeddah Governorate. And learning about the role of training as one of the tools of quality circles in improving the quality of health services provided by hospitals in Jeddah Governorate. And to identify the extent to which there are statistically significant differences in the attitudes of the study sample members towards the role of applying quality circles in improving the quality of health service according to their personal and functional variables, and the use of technological applications as a mediating factor. The descriptive analytical method was used in the current research, as using this method will help in reaching the desired goals and coming up with recommendations and proposals that may contribute to finding solutions to the research problem. The questionnaire was distributed electronically to (169) employees, and all questionnaires were answered. The questionnaire was used as a tool for this study, to collect information and data related to it, given its nature in terms of its objectives, methodology, and community. The data for this study were analyzed using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) program, and Excel was used to create graphs. Among the most important results of the study are the following: There is a statistically significant relationship between the role of teamwork style as one of the quality department tools and improving the quality of health services provided by hospitals in Jeddah Governorate at a statistical significance level (0.05). There is a statistically significant relationship between empowerment as one of the tools of quality circles and improving the quality of health services provided by hospitals in Jeddah Governorate at a statistical significance level (0.05). There is a statistically significant relationship between employee integration as one of the quality department tools and improving the quality of health services provided by hospitals in Jeddah Governorate at a statistical significance level (0.05). There is a statistically significant relationship between training as one of the quality department tools and improving the quality of health services provided by hospitals in Jeddah Governorate at a statistical significance level (0.05). The study also made several recommendations, namely: Hospital administration should make more efforts to convince employees that quality works to increase their qualifications. Hospital management must activate the role of teamwork according to specific strategies to improve the level of quality. Hospital administration must explain to employees that the organizational structure gives a general picture of the different administrative levels. Hospital administration management should pay attention to the job satisfaction of employees with their jobs. Hospital administration must pay attention to administrative systems and procedures, and they must be clear, written, and easy to refer to when needed. Hospital management must pay attention to systematic coordination between the different administrative levels (horizontal and vertical). [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |

هدفت الدراسة، تحليل دورأسلوب العمل الجماعيكأحد أدوات دوائر الجودة فيتحسين جودة الخدمات الصحية املقدمة من مستشفيات محافظة جدة والتعرف على أهمية التمكين كأحد أدوات دوائر الجودة في تحسين جودة الخدمات الصحية املقدمة من مستشفيات محافظة جدة. وتحديد واقع اندماج العاملين كأحد أدوات دوائر الجودة في تحسين جودة الخدمات الصحية املقدمة من مستشفيات محافظة جدة. والتعرف على دور التدريب كأحد أدوات دوائر الجودة في تحسين جودة الخدمات الصحيةاملقدمةمن مستشفيات محافظة جدة.والتعرفعلىمدى وجودفروق ذاتداللةإحصائيةفياتجاهات ملتغيراتهم الشخصية ً أفراد عينة الدراسة نحو دور تطبيق دوائر الجودة في تحسين جودة الخدمة الصحية تبعا والوظيفية، واستخدام التطبيقات التكنولوجية كعامل وسيط. تم استخدام املنهج الوصفي التحليلي في البحث الحالي، حيثأن استخدام هذا املنهج سيساعد في التوصل إلى األهدافاملرجوةوالخروج بتوصيات ومقترحات قد تسهم في إيجاد حلول ملشكلةالبحث. حيث تم توزيعاالستبيان بشكل اليكتروني على عدد (169) موظف، وتمت االجابة على جميع االستبانات. تم استخدام االستبانة كأداة لهذه الدراسة، لجمع املعلومات والبيانات املتعلقة لطبيعتهامن حيثأهدافهاومنهجهاومجتمعها. تم تحليل بيانات هذه الدراسةباستخدام برنامج الحزمة ً بها، نظرا اإلحصائية للعلوم االجتماعية ( SPSS)، ك ما تمت االستعانة ببرنامج (اكسل) لعمل الرسومات البيانية. ومن أهم نتائج الدراسة ما يلي: توجد عالقة ذات داللة إحصائية بين دور أسلوب العمل الجماعي كأحد أدوات دوائر الجودة وتحسين جودة الخدمات الصحية املقدمة من مستشفيات محافظة جدة عند مستوى داللة احصائي (0.05). توجد عالقة ذات داللة إحصائية بين التمكين كأحد أدوات دوائر الجودة وتحسين جودة الخدمات الصحية املقدمة من مستشفيات محافظة جدة عند مستوى داللة احصائي (0.05). توجد عالقة ذات داللة إحصائية بين اندماج العاملين كأحد أدوات دوائر الجودة وتحسين جودة الخدمات الصحية املقدمة من مستشفيات محافظة جدة عند مستوى داللةاحصائي (0.05). توجد عالقة ذات داللة إحصائية بين التدريب كأحد أدواتدوائر الجودةوتحسين جودة الخدماتالصحيةاملقدمةمن مستشفيات محافظة جدة عند مستوى داللة احصائي (0.05). كما أوصت الدراسة بعدة توصيات تتمثل في : على إدارة املستشفيات بذل املزيد من الجهود بإقناع املوظفين بان الجودة تعمل على زيادة تأهيلهم. على إدارة املستشفيات تفعيل دور أسلوب العمل الجماعي وفق استراتيجيات محددة لتحسين مستوى الجودة. على إدارة املستشفيات أن توضح للموظفين بان الهيكل التنظيمي يعطي صورة عامةللمستويات اإلداريةاملختلفة. على إدارة إدارة املستشفيات االهتمام بالرض ى الوظيفي للعاملين لوظائفهم. على إدارة املستشفيات االهتمام باألنظمة واإلجراءات اإلدارية وان تكون واضحة ومكتوبة ويسهل الرجوع إليها وقت الحاجة. على إدارة املستشفيات االهتمام بالتنسيق منظم بين املستويات اإلداريةاملختلفة)األفقيةوالعمودية).
