| Abstract (English): |
This study aims to study the impact of digital skills on governance in private hospitals in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The application of this study targets private hospitals in the city of Taif. This study addressed the rapid technological development in various aspects of life, and the reflection of the impact of digitization and digital skills on aspects of providing health services in hospitals. . The research population included 8644 individuals. The research was applied to 400 individuals to benefit from the benefits of increasing the sample size. The researcher hypothesized that the effect of digital skills on governance in hospitals is not significant. This was not proven in testing the hypotheses and the results of the research. The research concluded with a set of recommendations, the most important of which is the need to pay attention to training and developing the level of workers in the health sector in digital skills, and to pay attention to digital services, technological networks, and support and development of infrastructure. في عالم رقمي على نحو متزايد، تؤدي تكنولوجيات املعلومات واالتصاالت (ICT) ً دورا كمفعال للتنمية يمكنها تسهيل قدرات البلدان على تحقيق أهداف ً رئيسيا التنمية املستدامة (SDG )و تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى دراسة اثر املهارات الرقمية علي الحوكمه في املستشفيات الخاصة باململكة العربية السعودية ، ويستهدف تطبيق هذه الدراسة املستشفيات الخاصة بمدينة الطائف ، تم تتناول هذه الدراسة للتطور التكنولوجي السريع في شتي مناحي الحياة ، وانعكاس اثر الرقمنه واملهارات الرقمية علي جوانب تقديم الخدمات الصحية في املستشفيات. وشملت مجتمع البحث 8644 مفردة تم تطبيق البحث علي 400 مفرده لالستفادة من فوائد زيادة حجم العينه . وضع الباحث فرضيه عدم معنوية تأثير املهارات الرقمية على الحوكمة في املستشفيات . وهو ما لم يثبت في اختبار الفروض ونتائج البحث وخلص البحث ملجموعه من التوصيات اهمها ضرورة االهتمام بتدريب وتطوير مستوي العاملين في القطاع الصحي في املهارات الرقمية ، واالهتمام بالخدمات الرقمية والشبكات التكنو لوجية ودعم وتطوير البنية التحتية التكنولوجية في القطاع الصحيلضمان مواكبةالتطورالسريعفيمجال التكنولوجياوالخدماتالرقمية [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |
