مستخلص: Musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs) are often caused by repetitive movement, awkward and static postures, and prolonged sitting or standing in the same position while at work. The study objective was to analyze the working posture of workers at PT X who have complaints of MSDs in their body parts. Based on the Nordic Body Map (NBM) questionnaire survey, the waist problem was the most considerable pain with a score of 57, followed by the back problem with a score of 54, and the buttocks problem with a score of 50. Rapid Office Strain Assessment (ROSA) method was used to analyze the working posture of workers and found the highest score of ROSA was 8, which indicated a high risk of working posture. The redesign of the workstation was developed using ergonomic and anthropometric approaches. Based on recalculation using ROSA, the score was reduced to 3. It indicated that the working posture was improved and the risk level was less. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
