مستخلص: In response to the challenges posed by the Industrial Revolution 4.0, higher education institutions strive to equip professional staff with essential expertise and skills. Jakarta State University is at the forefront of this transformation, implementing significant changes, including creating online educational materials. This research delves into enhancing the Foundations of Educational Technology lectures within the Postgraduate Master's Study Program through blended learning methods. The study aims to optimize the educational experience by integrating a tailored blended learning approach, effectively addressing students' specific needs. Utilizing the PEDATI Learning Model and the Integrative Learning Design Framework (ILDF), this research crafts a customized blended learning program for the Education Technology Foundation course. Quantitative survey methodology supplements the study, providing valuable insights into the effectiveness of the implemented strategies. The research culminates in intricately designed blended learning modules and online lecture materials, meticulously tailored to align with millennials' learning preferences and styles. This innovative blended learning model is poised to revolutionize teaching methods at Jakarta State University, particularly within the Educational Technology Masters Study Program. The thorough evaluation of various instructional standards, including Purpose, Assumptions, Sequence, Activities, Resource, Application, Assessment, Reflection, Independent Learning, and Evaluation, underscores the effectiveness of Project-Based Learning (PBL) as a holistic educational approach. By fostering a more effective and efficient learning environment, this research contributes significantly to the ongoing evolution of higher education in the face of the challenges presented by the Industrial Revolution 4.0.
