مستخلص: This article discusses the feasibility of a surgical technique called Half Turned Truncal Switch (HTTS) in patients with complex l-TGA (levo-transposition of the great arteries) who also have ventricular septal defect (VSD) and left ventricular outflow tract obstruction (LVOTO). The study compares the outcomes of HTTS in l-TGA patients to those in d-TGA (dextro-transposition of the great arteries) patients who did not undergo an additional atrial switch procedure. The results show that HTTS is feasible in both l-TGA and d-TGA patients, with no significant differences in survival rates or the need for reinterventions or reoperations on the outflow tract.
