Abstract (English): : It is a large amount of welding in the ring seam of nuclear steel containment cylinder, and the welding efficiency and welding quality can be effectively improved by using the submerged arc transverse welding process. In this paper, the submerged arc horizontal welding process of SA-738Gr. B plate with 42mm thickness was studied. The results show that compared with K-type groove, it was easier to avoid porosity and slag inclusion defects by using X-type groove for bottom welding. The submerged arc horizontal welding process was tested with different heat input parameters. When the heat input is too small, the weld was poorly formed and easy to produce unfused defects. The impact toughness test and hardness test of welded joints under different heat input were carried out, and the test results meet the standard requirements. Through this study, it was proved that the submerged arc welding of steel containment is reliable and the welding joint performance meets the standard requirements, which provides some guidance for the popularization and application of the new technology in nuclear power field. Abstract (Chinese): 核电钢制安全壳筒体环缝焊接量较大,采用埋弧横焊工艺可有效提升焊接效率、保证焊接质量。针对 42mm厚度的SA-738Gr.B钢板材开展了埋弧横焊工艺研究。结果表明:相比于K形坡口,采用X形坡口进行打 底焊接更容易避免气孔和夹渣缺陷,分析认为采用气体保护焊打底+埋弧焊填充的焊接方式可有效保证打底 焊接质量;采用不同热输入大小的焊接参数进行了埋弧横焊工艺试验,当热输入太小时,焊缝成形不良且容 易产生未熔合缺陷;对不同热输入下的焊接接头进行了冲击韧度试验和硬度检测,结果均满足标准要求。通 过本项研究,证明了钢制安全壳埋弧焊焊接质量可靠,焊接接头性能满足标准要求,为核电现场新工艺的推 广应用提供了一定的指导。 [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
