مستخلص: The article aimed to identify self-management and its relationship to job satisfaction among public school principals in Irbid District, The descriptive approach was used by the analytical method for its suitability and the nature of the study, To achieve the objectives of the study, the scale of (Al-Anazi and Al-Ajami, 2021) for self-management was used, and the scale (Smith, Kendall, and Hullin, 1969) for job satisfaction was used, The study sample consisted of (45) managers, The results showed that the degree of self-management among public school principals in Irbid was high, without any differences due to the variables of educational qualification and years of experience, And that their level of job satisfaction is high without any differences due to the variables of educational qualification and years of experience, The results also showed that there is a positive correlation between self-management and job satisfaction among public school principals in Irbid District, The researchers recommended the need to take advantage of the educational administrative expertise possessed by the principals of public schools in the Irbid district when holding various educational courses.
