A new report from Jazan University in Saudi Arabia highlights the lack of knowledge about hypertension among hypertensive patients in the Jazan region. The study aimed to assess overall and specific knowledge about hypertension and identify predictors of inadequate knowledge. The findings revealed that most patients had inadequate levels of knowledge related to hypertension management, particularly in areas such as diet, medical treatment, disease definition, drug compliance, and complications.
