مستخلص: This article presents a data report on the taxonomic composition of the bacterial community in a poultry wastewater treatment plant in the Philippines. The study utilized 16S metabarcoding to explore and characterize the microbiomes in the different treatment stages of the plant. The results showed the presence of various bacterial genera, including functional bacteria responsible for pollutant removal and potentially pathogenic bacteria. The findings provide valuable information for optimizing treatment conditions and detecting the presence of pathogens in wastewater. Another article discusses the bacterial community profiles of a poultry farm wastewater treatment plant in the Philippines. Different bacteria were found to dominate different phases of the treatment process. The study also identified potential pathogens present in the wastewater, including Mycobacterium sp., Aeromonas sp., Bacteroides spp., Pseudomonas sp., and Leptospira sp. The findings provide valuable information for understanding the microbial dimensions of poultry wastewater treatment plants and can guide the development of wastewater-related policies and guidelines. Additionally, a document is provided that lists references from various scientific articles related to wastewater treatment and microbial communities. The articles cover topics such as the diversity and dynamics of bacterial communities in wastewater treatment plants, the role of microbes in wastewater treatment and energy generation, the impact of wastewater effluents on microbial communities and trophic status, and the detection of pathogenic bacteria in wastewater. These articles provide valuable information for researchers studying wastewater treatment and its environmental impacts. [Extracted from the article]
