مستخلص: The safety of the workforce is paramount in the construction sector. The provision of the safety policy, safety assurance, safety risk management, and safety promotion were to be used to manage the workers' safety on the job site. By providing the workers with the ensured safety management measures. The riskiest tasks, such as working at heights on structures, must be adequately managed in terms of safety. Following the safety management policy, the primary thing to deploy at the time of execution was the planning. By conducting a study and survey, it will be possible to update significant safety management policies. Through this survey, we learn that every project adheres to the fundamental safety guidelines set forth by the OHSA. This study led us to the conclusion that small businesses who cannot afford the costs of projects do not adhere to safety management procedures and do not have a safety management strategy in place for their projects. The projects now under construction in India are adhering to a safety management strategy that might assist the workers should a fatality occur. All current projects adhere completely to the labor laws established in India at every firm. Conclusion drawn from this survey is the execution of the safety management strategy results in no fatalities or accidents. The sort of employees that require the greatest training will also be supported by this research, which improves conversations about worker safety and training requirements on elevated building sites and urban areas. In addition to improving worker productivity and the plant's economics, the paper will raise the facility's worth and help the utility build a strong demand in construction sector and measured by using SPSS software.
