A recent study conducted by Uppsala University in Sweden explored the perspectives of healthcare professionals on the contributions of rehabilitation coordinators to patients in psychiatric care. The study found that healthcare professionals perceived employment as important for patients' health and well-being, and they viewed rehabilitation coordinators as promoting security and reducing stress in the vocational rehabilitation process. The research concluded that the efforts of rehabilitation coordinators were seen as beneficial for addressing patients' challenges and needs, and were considered an integral part of the patient's care.
