This research aimed to Determine level of Attitude of Rural Youth (ARY) towards Delayed Marital Age (DMA) at Mansouriya village in Giza Governorate, determining relationships between degree of (ARY) towards (DMA) and independent variables, to identify the reasons of (DMA) from the point of view of respondents at the study area. by the personal interviews with random sample of 352 through September 2023, using questionnaire. Frequencies, Range, percentages, Standard deviation, Mean, person correlation, chi square were used for analyzing data and presenting the results. The most important results could be summarized as follows: 78.1% have a medium level of attitude towards delayed marriage, 14.5% have a high level of attitude towards delayed marriage, while 7.4% have a low level of attitude towards delayed marriage. It was found that there was a significant relationship between degree of attitude towards delayed marriage and each of: Number of years of formal education, Degree of belonging to the local community, Degree of exposure to mass media, Degree of ambition, Degree of knowledge of the concept of the population problem, size of agricultural land, monthly household income, The reasons of (DMA) in the study area were: low wages and the high cost of living, difficulty in providing suitable housing, difficulty in bearing the responsibility of marriage, high costs of marriage, family disputes, and difficulty in finding a suitable partner [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |

استهدف البحث تحديد مستوى اتجاه الشباب الريفي نحو تأخر سن الزواج بقرية المنصورية بمحافظة الجيزة، وتحديد العلاقة بين درجة اتجاه الشباب الريفي نحو تأخر سن الزواج والمتغيرات المستقلة المدروسة، وكذا التعرف على أسباب تأخر سن الزواج من وجهة نظر المبحوثين بمنطقة البحث. وقد بلغ حجم العينة 352 مبحوث. وجمعت البيانات في سبتمبر 2023 باستخدام استمارة استبيان، واستخدم لتحليل البيانات التكرارات، والنسب المئوية، والمدى، والانحراف المعياري، والمتوسط الحسابي، ومعامل الارتباط البسيط، واختبار مربع كاي، وتوضح النتائج أن 78.1% من المبحوثين ذوي مستوى اتجاه متوسط بينما 14.5% من إجمالي العينة ذوي مستوى اتجاه مرتفع، في حين أن %7.4% من إجمالي العينة ذوي مستوى اتجاه منخفض. كما اتضح وجود علاقة معنوية بين درجة اتجاه الشباب الريفي نحو تأخر سن الزواج وبين كل من عدد سنوات التعليم الرسمي، ودرجة الانتماء للمجتمع المحلي، ودرجة التعرض لوسائل التواصل الجماهيري، ودرجة الطموح، ودرجة المعرفة بمفهوم المشكلة السكانية، وحجم الحيازة الزراعية للأسرة، والقيمة الإيجارية السنوية للفدان، ونصيب الفرد من حجم الحيازة الزراعية، وإجمالي الدخل الشهري للأسرة، وكان من أهم أسباب تأخر سن الزواج بمنطقة البحث انخفاض الأجور وغلاء المعيشة، وصعوبة توافر المسكن المناسب, وصعوبة تحمل مسؤولية الزواج، وارتفاع تكاليف الاقتصاد الزراعي والعلوم الاجتماعية الزواج، والخلافات الأسرية، وصعوبة إيجاد شريك الحياة المناسب [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |
