مستخلص: This article discusses a rare case of a patient who experienced an exacerbation of oral pemphigus vulgaris, an autoimmune disorder, after receiving the Pfizer BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine. The patient presented with painful lesions in the oral cavity, which appeared one month after vaccination. A diagnosis of pemphigus vulgaris was made based on histological analysis. The article also explores the potential mechanisms underlying vaccine-induced autoimmune disorders and highlights the importance of understanding these clinical implications for improving vaccine efficacy and public adherence.
