The conservation of agrarian landscapes as heritage necessitates dynamic approaches, which should adapt to market economic variables and climatic emergencies, while also ddressing the needs of the farmers who manage them and the communities that inhabit them. The objective of this contribution is to illustrate how a heritage community can effectively implement dynamic and participatory conservation of agrarian landscapes by employing a circular economy approach and integrating heritage conservation education within it. The methodology entails an examination of the establishment process of "the Marcite Friends" heritage community in the peri-urban area of Milan. By employing a self-assessment of the process, which combines the steps outlined in the Faro Convention - COE Action Plan with the criteria of Dynamic Conservation as defined by GIAHS - FAO, a compelling example of circular economy emerges. This approach demonstrates its efficacy in generating new employment opportunities and revitalizing values such as trust, inclusion, agricultural knowledge, and techniques, thereby contributing to the redevelopment of the peri-urban landscape and its environmental components. Il patrimonio paesaggistico agrario richiede una conservazione dinamica poiché si deve adattare alle variabili economiche del mercato e alle emergenze climatiche. Deve inoltre rispondere alle esigenze degli agricoltori che lo gestiscono e delle comunità che lo vivono. Scopo del contribuito è dimostrare che una comunità di patrimonio può attuare la conservazione dinamica e partecipata del paesaggio agrario secondo l'approccio dell'economia circolare, integrando in esso l'educazione alla cura del patrimonio. Il metodo prevede l'analisi del processo di costruzione della heritage community "Amici delle marcite" nel territorio periurbano milanese. Attraverso l'autovalutazione del processo, che combina le fasi dell'Action Plan della Convenzione di Faro - COE, con i criteri della Dynamic Conservation per i siti GIAHS - FAO, emerge un esempio positivo di economia circolare, per la capacità di creare nuovi posti di lavoro e di rigenerare valori quali fiducia, inclusione, conoscenze e tecniche agricole, nonché di riqualificare il paesaggio periurbano e le sue componenti ambientali.
