Amazon's sustainability chief, Kara Hurst, spoke at the Bloomberg Green Festival in Seattle about the challenges and commitments involved in Amazon's efforts to eliminate carbon emissions. Hurst emphasized the importance of signing onto Amazon's Climate Pledge, which asks companies to report and eliminate their carbon emissions by 2040.
